What is Replora AI?+
Replora AI is an AI-powered Google review management platform. It connects to your Google Business Profile, automatically syncs new customer reviews, generates personalised AI replies using Google Gemini, and posts them back to Google on your behalf — usually within minutes of a review appearing.
Does Google allow automated review replies?+
Yes. Google explicitly supports programmatic reply management through its official My Business API. Replora AI uses this API to post replies on your behalf. What Google does not allow is copy-pasted template replies. Replora generates unique, personalised replies for each review so they comply with Google's policies.
How does the AI generate replies?+
Replora uses Google Gemini 2.5 Flash for positive and neutral reviews (3–5 stars), and Gemini 2.5 Pro for complaint analysis on negative reviews (1–2 stars). Each reply is generated using the review text, reviewer name, your business name, industry, and your chosen tone (friendly, professional, or formal). No two replies are identical.
Will the AI reply in the same language as the review?+
Yes. Replora automatically detects the language of each review and generates the reply in that same language. It supports English, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, French, and dozens of other languages.
Can I control which reviews get auto-replied?+
Yes. You can set a minimum star rating threshold for auto-posting. For example, setting it to 4 means only 4-star and 5-star reviews are posted automatically. 1–3 star reviews are analysed by AI and the draft reply is saved, but requires your approval before posting. You can also turn off auto-reply entirely and approve every reply manually.
What happens with 1-star and 2-star reviews?+
Negative reviews go through a deeper complaint analysis pipeline. Replora classifies the root cause (e.g. wait time, staff attitude, food quality), assigns a severity score from 1–10, extracts key complaint keywords, and generates an empathetic reply. A complaint record is created in your dashboard so you can track and resolve issues over time.
How quickly does Replora reply to reviews?+
New reviews are synced every 20 minutes. Once synced, the AI generates a reply within seconds. You can set a reply delay (0 to 24 hours) to make replies appear more natural. Most customers set a 15–30 minute delay for positive reviews.
Does Replora support multiple Google Business Profile locations?+
Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 5 locations and the Agency plan supports unlimited locations. Each location has its own sync, reply settings, and analytics. You manage everything from one dashboard.
Is my Google account safe?+
Yes. Replora connects using official Google OAuth 2.0 — you authorise access through Google's own login screen, never through Replora. Your Google password is never shared with us. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128. You can revoke access from your Google Account settings at any time.
What plans are available?+
Replora offers four plans: Free (1 location, 5 reviews lifetime), Starter ($49/month, 1 location, 300 reviews/month), Pro ($99/month, 5 locations, 1,000 reviews/month, AI insights), and Agency ($249/month, unlimited locations, 10,000 reviews/month, team members). All plans include AI replies.

Can I edit the AI reply before it posts?+
Yes. Every AI reply is saved to your dashboard before posting. You can view, edit, and approve any reply at any time. If you prefer to review all replies before they post, you can disable auto-reply and manually approve each one from the Reply Queue.
Does Replora send email alerts?+
Yes. Replora sends a daily performance report at 8 AM UTC with your ratings, reply rate, and new reviews. It also sends an urgent alert at 7 AM UTC if you have unhandled 1–2 star complaints. You can configure these notifications in your account settings.
