The foundation of Replora AI. We connect to your Google Business Profile using official Google OAuth 2.0 — no passwords required. Once connected, Replora syncs your reviews in real time and can post replies on your behalf when you authorise it.
Replora uses Google's Gemini language model via Google Vertex AI to generate intelligent, context-aware review replies. Only the review text and your reply tone settings are sent to the model — no reviewer personal data, no account credentials.
Replora uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record for subscription billing. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing. We never receive or store your card number.
We use Resend to deliver transactional emails — review alerts, complaint notifications, daily performance reports, and account emails. Your email address is used only for Replora service communications.
