Replora AI vs. Podium for Google review management
Podium is positioned as a broader customer messaging and review platform whose pricing, when we last checked, was quoted through sales. Replora AI is a focused Google review tool with published prices. If you mainly need Google review replies handled, Replora is the narrower and more transparently priced option. If you want reviews inside a wider customer-communication platform, Podium may fit better.
What is Replora AI?
Replora AI is AI-powered Google review management for businesses in the US and beyond. It connects to your Google Business Profile, drafts a reply to each new Google review from the review’s own text, and posts it or holds it for your approval, depending on rules you set by star rating. It suits local businesses and small multi-location groups (1 to 20 locations under one owner account) whose main need is answering Google reviews well. Disclosure:Replora AI publishes this page and sells one of the two products compared, so treat it as a vendor’s analysis. Replora AI facts are current. Podium facts are limited to what we recorded from its own website on October 5, 2026; on October 28, 2026we could not reach its site to re-verify them, so we mark unrecorded details “Not confirmed here” instead of guessing. Who should choose Podium, and who should choose Replora AI?
Choose Replora AI if…
- Replying to Google reviews is the job, and you do not want to pay for a larger platform.
- You want to see the price before talking to anyone, and test on a free plan first.
- You manage one to twenty Google Business Profile locations under one owner.
- You want approval rules by star rating so negative reviews never post unread.
Choose Podium if…
- You want reviews handled inside a wider customer-messaging platform rather than a Google-only tool.
- You need review sites other than Google, or outbound review requests, from one vendor. Confirm Podium covers exactly the ones you need.
- You are comfortable getting a quote instead of seeing a published price.
- You need several people with different access levels. Replora AI accounts are single-owner.

Where Replora AI is simpler or lower-priced
Replora AI does one job. You connect your Google Business Profile, choose a tone and the rules by star rating, and read the drafts. There are no modules to configure and nothing else to learn.
Pricing is public: Free (1 location, 5 AI replies in total), Starter $14, Small Business $49, Agency $99 a month, USD, billed monthly, each paid plan including all three Replora products. Podium was quote-only when we recorded it, so a direct price comparison is not possible until you hold a quote. If you request one, ask whether it includes more than the Google review replies you actually need.

What Podium may offer that Replora AI does not
Replora AI is deliberately narrow. If you need any of the following, a broader or different product may be the better choice:
- Customer messaging such as text and webchat. Replora AI does not offer these. Confirm what Podium includes in the plan you are quoted.
- Review requests sent to customers. Replora AI provides a QR code and link only.
- Review sites beyond Google, and more than one user login. Replora AI covers Google only and has a single owner.
What do we know about Podium?
Replora recorded Podium as a messaging and review suite on October 5, 2026. At that date Podium's own pricing page did not list prices and directed visitors to its sales team.
We have not re-read Podium’s product pages since, and we do not repeat its feature list or customer statistics here. The table below shows only what we can stand behind and marks the rest as not verified.
Pricing: what can and cannot be compared
Podium: no public price was listed on its pricing page when Replora recorded it on October 5, 2026; visitors were directed to sales. We therefore make no price comparison and will not estimate one.
Replora AI publishes its prices. In USD, billed monthly: Free (1 location, 5 AI replies in total), Starter $14 (1 location, 300 reviews a month), Small Business $49 (up to 5 locations, 1,500 reviews a month), Agency $99 (up to 20 locations, 10,000 reviews a month, priority support). All paid plans include Review Auto-Reply, Review Booster and AI Insights.
Replora AI’s current prices are on its pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in USD for US customers.
Google review management and Google integration
Replora AI connects to Google Business Profile using Google’s Business Profile APIs and Google OAuth 2.0. You sign in with Google and grant access; Replora does not see or store your Google password. Review Auto-Replydetects new reviews, drafts a reply from each review’s text in your chosen tone, and posts it or holds it for approval based on rules by star rating. Low-star reviews are logged as complaints. Using Google’s APIs does not make Replora AI a Google partner, and Replora AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
For Podium, we have not verified how it connects to Google or which reply features it offers. Ask how it connects, and decline any tool that asks for your Google password.
Account model, locations and team access
Replora AI accounts are single-owner: one owner connects and manages every Google Business Profile location, up to 1, 5 or 20 depending on plan, with reply rules by star rating set per location. There are no team seats or roles. If several people need separate logins, that is a real limitation. See multi-location review management for how to run a process around it.

How we evaluate
- The same rows for every competitor: product type, Google replies, other review sites, review requests, locations, users, pricing and free option.
- Competitor claims only from the competitor’s own pages, with the date recorded. Third-party summaries are not used as evidence.
- “Not verified” is a valid answer. We do not fill gaps from memory or marketing copy.
- Replora AI’s limits are stated alongside its strengths. We do not declare a winner.

Frequently asked questions
Does Podium publish its prices?
When Replora last recorded Podium's pricing page on October 5, 2026, it directed visitors to sales instead of listing prices. Check Podium's page for the current position.
Is Replora AI a Podium replacement?
Only for the Google review part. Replora replies to Google reviews and tracks complaints. It is not a messaging platform and does not cover other review sites or send review requests.
Which is cheaper, Replora AI or Podium?
