Google gives every verified business a review link. Its help page on creating a link or QR code to request reviews explains where to find it: go to your Business Profile, select Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Google notes that its own review QR codes can currently be generated only in a computer browser.

What is a Google review link?
A Google review link is a URL that opens the rating and review form for one specific business, so a customer does not have to search for you and find the review button. A Google review QR code is the same link in scannable form. Both are explained in Google review links and QR codes: how they work.
How do I get my Google Business review link?
There are two ways to get a Google review link for your business. Copy the one Google provides in your Business Profile under Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Or build it from your Place ID with the tool above. Both open the same review form.
A Google Business Profile review link, a Google Business review link and a Google My Business review link are the same thing. Google My Business is the former name of Google Business Profile.

Does the QR code expire?
No. The QR code simply contains your review link. It keeps working for as long as that link does.
Do I need a separate link for each location?
Yes. Every location has its own Google Business Profile and its own Place ID, so create one link and one QR code per location.
