Google Business Profile integration
Replora connects to Google Business Profile through the official API using OAuth 2.0. It syncs reviews in real time and posts replies on your behalf when authorized. This page explains the connection process, what data is accessed, multi-location support, and how to disconnect.
How the connection works
You connect with Google OAuth 2.0: a standard Google consent screen where you approve specific permissions. Replora never sees or stores your Google password, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings or from Replora.
What Replora accesses
Reviews (to sync and reply), basic profile information (business name, locations), and reply publishing rights. Replora does not modify your business information, photos, or posts. Tokens refresh automatically; if a connection breaks, you are alerted by email.
Multi-location
One connection can cover multiple locations under the same Google account. Each location gets its own settings: reply tone, routing rules, and analytics. Plan limits apply (up to 5 locations on Small Business, 20 on Agency).
