How AI Business Insights works

AI Business Insights analyzes reviews, call transcripts, private feedback, and complaints together. It detects recurring themes and time patterns, produces ranked action cards with estimated rating impact, and answers questions through a conversational coach grounded in your data. This page explains inputs, analysis, and outputs.

Data inputs

Insights reads everything the platform already collects: Google reviews (via AI Responder), call transcripts (via AI Receptionist), private feedback and interceptions (via Review Booster), and the complaint inbox. No exports or manual uploads are involved.

Pattern detection

The analysis looks for recurring themes (e.g., "wait time", "booking issues"), their frequency over time, and correlations across channels — for example, the same complaint theme appearing in reviews and call transcripts, clustering on particular days and hours. Recurring themes surface after a handful of mentions rather than after your rating visibly drops.

Action cards

Findings are delivered as action cards: one specific recommended fix, the evidence behind it, and an estimated rating impact — ranked by expected payoff. Cards are tied to goals: set a target rating and track progress as you act on them.

The AI coach

The coach is conversational: ask "why did my rating dip in March?" or "what should I focus on this month?" and it answers from your own business data with the supporting evidence. On Agency plans, trends and cards can be viewed per location or across a whole client portfolio.
