Google Calendar integration
The Google Calendar integration lets the AI Receptionist book, reschedule, and cancel appointments during phone calls. Sync is two-way and immediate: the AI only offers genuinely free slots and writes confirmed bookings back instantly. This page explains setup, sync behavior, and conflict prevention.
Setup
Connect the Google account that owns your booking calendar (the same OAuth flow as Google Business Profile). Choose which calendar the AI books into, your bookable hours, appointment duration defaults, and any buffer times.
Two-way sync
Before offering a time, the AI checks current calendar availability — including events created outside Replora. Confirmed bookings are written back immediately with the caller's name and phone number in the event. Because reads and writes happen live during the call, double-booking cannot occur.
Confirmations and changes
Callers receive an SMS confirmation after booking. Rescheduling and cancellation work the same way: the caller asks, the AI finds the event, updates the calendar, and confirms.
