Twilio integration
Replora uses Twilio for telephony and SMS: it carries AI Receptionist calls and delivers SMS review requests and booking confirmations. Businesses keep their existing phone number and use call forwarding. This page explains number setup, forwarding modes, and SMS delivery.
Keeping your number
You do not need a new phone number. Replora provisions a Twilio number behind the scenes, and you forward your existing business line to it — always, outside business hours only, or when your line is busy or unanswered. Forwarding is configured at your phone provider and is fully reversible.
Calls
Inbound calls arrive via Twilio and are answered by the AI Receptionist. Call audio is processed for the live conversation and transcription; transcripts are stored in your dashboard. Voice usage counts against your plan's AI voice minutes.
SMS
Twilio also delivers SMS: review requests from Review Booster and appointment confirmations from the AI Receptionist. Delivery status is tracked, and recipients can opt out at any time in line with carrier requirements.
